Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for us. The rooms, while small for the price, had nice beds and excellent quality quilts, making it worth a sleepover even for locals like us. The service was polite overall, with the exception of one front desk staff member. The location, although prime with access to all destinations in Kolkata, was a bit too noisy and dusty. The dining options were limited, but the quality was good. Overall, there were some issues but also memorable moments to cherish.
